CyADA Policies on Data Protection and Confidentiality and the Protection of Private Life

CyADA is committed, according to the law on the Protection of Personal Data (Act 138 of 2001) as well as the World Anti-Doping Code and the International Standard for the Protection of Privacy and Personal Information, to take all necessary measures for the protection of the personal data and the respect of the private life of Athletes and other People involved in anti-doping under the Anti-Doping of Cyprus.
